Fitness Soul was created by myself - Joanna Weintritt and my husband - Leszek Stelmachowski.
Our aim is to spread our passion to exercise & healthy lifestyle and to help & inspire others. On the beginning I was running fitness classes on my own, very quickly there was a bigger demand for my classes, so I took few amazing instructors on board to join the team (Thank you Jenna, Sarah, Gareth, Nicole, Nikki, Marta, Claire, Iga for being so fabulous).
At the same time Leszek was running various conditioning, kettlebells & bootcamp sessions.
It was natural step to join the forces to provide good mixture classes and to create one of the most successful small fitness business in Scotland.
